Reward rules

These rules explain how referrals qualify and how rewards are created and paid. They apply to everyone in the same way. Rewards are optional: every contact feature works without them.

1. Your referral link

Each account has a personal link. A person is linked to you when they create their SYRIX VCF account through it. Clicks and visits are counted for your information only and never count as referrals.

2. When a referral qualifies

  • The person signs up through your link with their own Google account, and has not been referred by someone else.
  • Their Google e-mail address is verified and they completed Google sign-in.
  • Their account is at least 24 hours old (the waiting period).
  • The referral passes anti-fraud checks.

Self-referrals, a second account of the same person, the same Google account or e-mail, and sign-ups that did not use your link are never counted. When more than 3 sign-ups come from the same network on the same day, the extra ones are reviewed by a person instead of being rejected automatically. A reviewer can qualify or disqualify a referral with a recorded reason.

3. Milestones

  • 10 qualified referrals: badge and 50 XP
  • 25: badge and 100 XP
  • 50: badge and 200 XP
  • 100: badge and 400 XP
  • 250: badge and 800 XP
  • 500: a one-time cash reward of $10.00 USD, a badge and 1,500 XP

Each milestone is awarded once per account. XP, levels, badges and VIP ranks have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. A published cash milestone is never removed or reduced for people already working toward it.

4. How the $10.00 reward is paid

  1. The reward is created exactly once when your 500th referral qualifies, and added to your wallet.
  2. If you saved a payout method (PayPal, Binance Pay or Pix), a payout request is opened. If not, you are asked to add one.
  3. A person from the team checks the request and sends the money manually, usually within a few business days.
  4. The payout is marked paid only with the transaction reference of a completed transfer.

The minimum withdrawal is $10.00. If a transfer fails or is rejected, the status and reason are shown in your wallet and the amount returns to your available balance. Only one payout can be open at a time. When the reward budget is exhausted, rewards wait for a manual review instead of being paid automatically.

5. Payout details

Enter only the public identifier of your account: the e-mail of your PayPal account, your Binance Pay ID or Binance e-mail, or your Pix key, plus the account holder name. We never ask for passwords, PINs, recovery phrases, private keys or card numbers. Payout details are encrypted and shown to staff only when sending a payment, and that access is recorded.

6. Fraud and corrections

Accounts that try to manipulate referrals can have referrals or rewards restricted, after a review. Unpaid rewards obtained in breach of these rules can be cancelled with a recorded correction. Corrections are added as new ledger entries; existing entries are never edited.

7. Changes and questions
